Best crypto copy trading platforms

By Vetted Exchanges Editorial Team

Copy trading is only as good as the data you are shown about the trader you are copying. A leaderboard sorted by raw return will always be topped by whoever took the most leverage most recently.

We rank these platforms on whether you can see drawdown, holding period and position sizing before you commit — and on whether you can cap your own exposure per leader.

Frequently asked questions

What should I look at before copying a trader?

Maximum drawdown, how long the track record is, and average holding period. A six-week record with 300% returns and 60% drawdown is a leveraged coin flip that has landed a few times.

What does copy trading cost?

You pay the platform’s normal trading fees plus a profit share to the leader, typically ten to twenty percent of gains. The profit share is charged on gains, not on net results, so losing months do not refund it.
